7 days trip to the "Land of the Gods", Himachal Pradesh.

The Land of Himachal

Popularly known as the Devbhumi – "Land of the Gods", Himachal Pradesh is a beautiful hill state in India, nestles in north-west region of western Himalayas. The state is landlocked with the Tibetan plateau to the east, Jammu and Kashmir to the north, and the Punjab to the west. However, the state stands apart from its neighbours in terms of its sheer topographic diversity and breathtaking pristine natural beauty. From vast tracts of high-altitude Trans-Himalayan desert to dense green deodar forests, from apple orchards to cultivated terraces, from snow capped high Himalayan mountain ranges to snow fed lakes and gushing rivers.
Back to our room and had our dinner.
After all the help received from IndiaMike.com, bcmtouring.com and Trip advisor in planning, we  have finally decided to go for Heaven on Earth, Himachal..

Day 1: From Vijayawada we took Rajadhani train to Delhi, a journey of approximately 22 hours, which passed pleasantly with some good company on the way.

Day 2:  We reached Delhi around 10:30am and went straight to IRCTC Ginger Hotel. We had our lunch Delhi Metro Food Plaza and we took train at 5pm and reached Parwanoo by 9pm. We were greeted by Vinod Kumar and his Innova. We went to Hotel Windsmoor for night stay.
